I inherited an original black widow. Love the gas mask core and with a bright thumb slug I can see the core motion to know the ball is rolling right. I’m looking forward to getting a black widow collection going.

If it uses the same core as the other Black Widow balls, it’s not “all new”.
I’ve been bowling for over twenty years and I’ve never thrown a Black Widow. I just did two demo games with this ball and I was highly impressed. Super clean and angular with excellent carry. I was up against the ball return at one point and this thing had no problem making that deep corner and driving right through the deck. I can see why so many people love this line and I’m definitely a new fan.
