  1. For some reason I do this naturally when shooting 10 pins standing on the far left side of the lane, but the farther right I stand, it goes away.

  2. This should be helpful as a one hand beginner like myself, having bowled casually with 2 fingers for years, I find myself “chicken winging” my swing & also pulling my backswing

    1. It’s similar, but we are even further below the equator since we don’t have the restriction of the thumb. Can get the hand as inside as you comfortably can and still have forward roll.

  4. can you take a look at Cho Young Seon’s release from his channel “Bowling Mania”? he seems to have a release that skips being inside of the ball, unless I’m seeing it wrong
