Love your stuff JR, but could have backed out the camera a little more on this one, would have been nice to be able to see the hand on the release, instead of just the ball motion. The release and hand position is the thing I am struggling the most with right now.

Great tip as always. My questions is when you can hit the pocket with all 3 releases how do you determine which one is best use ?
Watch the ball go threw the pins. You want the one that splits the 8 9
That’s why I only keep bowling balls from entry level to medium oil level. Because you can use the strategies of moving the lines of playing, finger and hand positions.
